Ms. Syvane, is responsible for providing expert legal advice on extensive business transactions, drafting and reviewing various agreements, and handling corporate and commercial affairs. Her more than a decade of extensive banking experience, gained from both local and global professional courses, training and workshops, adds depth to her role. She joined APD Bank in 2020 and earned Trust Regulator accreditation in 2023. She also polished her legal skills at a notable law firm and through ongoing professional development invarious legal and business disciplines.
     She’s currently advancing her education with a Master of Business Law at National University of Management, adding to her impressive academic record, which includes a Master of International Business from the University of Melbourne and bachelor’s degrees in Finance and Banking from Royal University of Law and Economics and Education in English from Cambodia Mekong University.
