Mr. Sothea, Head of Business Banking, is responsible for business development and objectives, with a focus on improvements that will eventually lead to business growth by delivering all banking services and products to customers. He plays a critical role in driving the success of the business banking division by formulating strategies, managing key relationships, and leading a team of professionals to achieve business objectives. Additionally, he handles HNW (High Net Worth) Chinese customers as well as other potential customers.

With 15 years of expertise in the banking industry, including operations, branch management, credit, and business growth, Mr. Sothea possesses excellent negotiation, problem-solving, and customer relationship skills. He joined APD Bank in October 2020 as Senior Manager, Business Development and has been subsequently promoted to Head of Business Banking. He holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in General Management from the Royal University of Law and Economics (RULE).
