As the Head of Commercial, Ms. Phalla is responsible for developing and executing bank commercial strategy including managing and nurturing relationship with commercial clients and leading the bank’s efforts to grow its commercial banking portfolio. She has almost 10 years in banking industry at several top financial institutions in Cambodia. She started her career journey from very junior level as a receptionist position to the branch manager and today as the Head of Commercial. She holds a degree Economic from a reputable university-Royal university of Law and Economic and currently pursuing Master degree of management at Build Bright University.
