Job Descriptions

  • Receive calls from outside and transfer telephone to the individuals and units involved at the request of the caller;
  • Answer customer inquiries on the phone, website, e-mail, and telegram related to products/services;
  • Promote new products/services and promotion campaigns;
  • Ensure providing excellent call center service leads to high customer satisfaction;
  • Provide periodic reports as required by management;
  • Do/Telephone marketing relate to banking products (loan/deposit);
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.

Job Requirement

  • Holding bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
  • Minimum 1-year experience in a related field with financial institutes, Banking is a plus;
  • Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct, and self-motivated team player;
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
