Job Descriptions
- Receive calls from outside and transfer telephone to the individuals and units involved at the request of the caller;
- Answer customer inquiries on the phone, website, e-mail, and telegram related to products/services;
- Promote new products/services and promotion campaigns;
- Ensure providing excellent call center service leads to high customer satisfaction;
- Provide periodic reports as required by management;
- Do/Telephone marketing relate to banking products (loan/deposit);
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager.
Job Requirement
- Holding bachelor's degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
- Minimum 1-year experience in a related field with financial institutes, Banking is a plus;
- Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct, and self-motivated team player;
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
