Job descriptions
- To receive calls from outside and transfer telephone to the individuals and units involved at the request of the caller;
- To answer customer inquiries on the phone, website, e-mail and telegram related to products/services;
- To promote new product/service and promotion campaign;
- To ensure in providing excellent call center service lead to the high customer satisfaction;
- To provide periodic reports as required by management;
- To do/Telephone marketing relate to banking products (loan/deposit);
- To perform other task assigned by line manager.
Job requirement
- Holding bachelor degree in Finance and Banking or equivalent professional qualifications;
- Minimum 1-year experience in related field with financial institutes, Banking is a plus;
- Creative, dynamic, flexible, self-direct and self-motivated team player;
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills;
