- To contribute selling and marketing strategies on Deposit and other non-credit products to support its growth;
- To support the management of all activities for the growth of primarily deposits, sales and profitability, and superior customer service;
- To support the marketing and business development strategies, which emphasize new business, customer retention, effective pricing and the cross-selling of the bank’s suite of financial products and services;
- To daily schedule with potential clients;
- To produce report daily, weekly and monthly;
- To keep doing forward to upgrade communication and relationship skill for self-capacity development and team capacity development;
- To perform other tasks assigned by line manager.
Job requirement
- Holding bachelor degree in Sale & Marketing, Banking & Finance or equivalent professional qualifications;
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in Deposit from MFI; Banking is a plus;
- Experience in sales or customer service is preferred;
- Problem-solving attitude & Aptitude for fostering positive relationships;
- Excellent communication skills & Customer-oriented mindset;
- Good command of written and spoken English; Chinese or Hindi is a plus;
- General level in using Computer, Email, Microsoft Word, Excel.;
- Knowledge of deposit relationship management practices;
